Returns
We only accept returns of products if goods are found to be not as originally ordered or found to be faulty.
This must be notified to us by email and returned to us within 7 days of receipt.
We will only accept back goods which have no sign of wear and tear and which arrive at our offices in as new condition.
Once the package is received we will refund the value of the transaction
Shipping and Delivery
Please allow between 4 -6 weeks for delivery of handmade products. The delivery time may be quicker for urgent orders, please email in advance.
Any claims for shortages or damage must be made within a 7 days from receipt of goods.
o Me A Favour will always obtain a proof of posting which has a limited insurance value for goods. If you would like to purchase additional insurance for your order, please advise at the time of placing the order. Do Me A Favour take no responsibility for goods lost or damaged in transit. We will however on the customers behalf attempt to claim any insurance payments from Royal Mail, and upon receipt of any such payment refund this amount to the customer.
Orders
All invitations include printed inserts and co-ordinating envelopes, unless otherwise stated.
As all our stationery is handmade, slight variations may occur between each item and any samples previously supplied.
Standard Order of service booklet inserts contain 4 printed sides (folded A4). Maximum inserts are 10 sides (2 x folded A4 + Inside covers).
When an order has been recieved for stationery a sample shall be posted for proof reading, it is the responsibility of the client to proof read a sample, once a proof has been accepted Do Me A Favour take no responsibility for any unnoticed errors. Please ensure that proofs are checked and double checked, as re-printing will incur additional costs.
Do Me A Favour reserve the right to change any component of stationery, favours or decorations to an equivalent standard item, should there be any problems with availability of the original. Any such changes will be advised on placement of order. All designs are subject to variation. All photographs shown on our website are an indication , and must not be taken as a true representation of colour and design. Samples are available on request. Do Me A Favour will not be responsible for any colour or design discrepancies if a sample has not been requested.
